Robert Stuart ....was married, Jan 16, 1798, in Bath County to Catherine Aleshire, daughter of Benedict Aleshire, by the Rev. James Wood. They had two children, Elizabeth and William. Catherine dies and the children went to live with their grandparents, the Aleshires, in Mason County, (West) Virginia.
